Spire Fourier II Testing
Testing:
Testing of the Fourier II was conducted on an Intel Pentium 4 530J processor, clocked at 3.0Ghz, on a Asus P5LD2 motherboard. Loads were generated by using SiSoftware Sandra, running the Processor Arithmetic and Processor Multi-Media tests continuously, all temperatures were taken after a half hour of inactivity and activity respectively.
Temperatures were taken with the Asus PCProbe utility and Sandra.

The Fourier runs a tad on the hot side when under load, but it’s still much better then the stock coolers solution. Also, while there are no numbers for it, the motherboard temperature read much lower with the Fourier II than with the stock cooler.
