HIS X1300 IceQ Turbo 256MB DDR2 AGP
Conclusion

Conclusion

As previous stated, for the price range of this card, it kicks it out. I have been using it since I got it and haven't had any issues with driver conflicts or conflicts with the OS that I did have with an earlier ATI card, which is good. The look of the card is nice and sleek, with it's heatsink covered by a UV reactive cover, making me wish I had a UV Light inside my case. Perhaps soon.

This card is also uber quiet, with the fact that not even hearing any extra noise from the case since adding in the card seems a great deal to me. As well as the temperature gauge in the case haven't really even increased at all.

All in all, I would recommend this card to my friends whom are looking for a good value card, that will run even some of the higher end games without any issues or hiccups.

PROS
Easy Installation
Nice Heatsink/Fan Combination
Quiet, and Cool
TV-Out and DVI

CONS
None that I can think of

Overall: 9/10
