Did you like Iron Man?
Yes, it totally rocked!
Yes, although I though it could have been better.
Meh, it was just another comic book movie.
No, because they got the suit all wrong!
No, I don't like special effects movies.
I haven't seen it yet.
I don't plan on seeing it.

Sunbeam Illuminated Keypad
Operation/Testing con't, Pictures, & Conclusion

Operation/Testing con't:

The soft blue light shows the keys great at night, so you can cook the company books late at night or just make your friends jealous at the next LAN (I know mine were Wink ). The keypad also features a handy backspace key on it, which is quite useful. However I wish it featured a couple of programmable hotkeys for launching applications or executing tasks, but this would probably lead to the need for drivers, taking away one of the cool things about it. (Which makes me wonder how hard it would be to install a small flash memory chip on peripherals to hold their respective drivers instead of those bulky CD's, but that's another article.) I've also been using the keypad to light the area behind my case when I'm crawling down there trying to swap cables; oddly enough I find this to be one of the best things about it.

Pros:
USB/PS2 interface
Lights Up
Comfortable
Variable Elevation
Slim Low Profile
Lightweight construction

Cons: BRIGHT LED num-lock light
Could be slippery on some desk surfaces
No shortcut keys

Conclusion:

Obviously, not everyone is going to need one of these. Your primary market are people who want to use a keypad on a laptop without a full sized keyboard or require the versatility of a second number pad. I'm a little disappointed about the lack of shortcut keys and how (lit up) or (illuminated) the unit is, but it makes it great for mobile use and the cable is of sufficient length to make it practical for laptop or desktop use. Other than the super bright LED, The Illuminated Keypad is a great product and, in my opinion, is a real winner.
