The Illuminated Keypad is, in short, a clone of a standard keyboard's number pad. The keypad connects via a USB port or by PS/2, depending on which one you buy. The lights are bus powered, so there is no need for batteries or another cord. The keypad also has no need for any software or drivers, just plug it in and go! The keys are backlit by a soft blue light, like Sunbeamtech's other light up keyboards the keypad uses a sheet of EL material that lights up blue when a current is fed to it.
