So the system that this was put into for testing was:
AMD Athlon64 2800+ 512 MB Kingston DDR PC 400 Ram Asus K8N Motherboard 4 Fans - 3 Stock Case Fans - 1 Sharkoon Silent Eagle Fan
In testing this PSU under idle conditions and under load conditions the voltage was near close to perfect. In idle it varied by less than .05 volts on all three rails. It did not change that much during load testing either, varying up to about .1 volts or less on the 3v and 5v rail, and 1.5 volts on the 12v rail.
And even at it's peek, I never heard a squeak out of the PSU. As far as noise goes, the thing purrs like a kitten.
Conclusion
This is definitely a PSU that I have enjoyed using, and definitely would, and in fact have, recommended this PSU to a few of my friends that were speaking to me about wanting to get a new PSU for their systems. I know at least one of them bought this one, and the other hadn't made a choice to go with this one or the 500 watt Vortec.
I would like to thank Kali at XGBOX for the pleasure of reviewing such a fabulous piece of hardware.
