Sunbeamtech Chameleon
Introduction

Introduction

Sunbeam Technology makes a whole bunch of different products for your PC. Everything from complete cases to fans and lighting products can be found with the Sunbeam logo on the package. Today, we'll be looking at a pretty unique lighting product called the Chameleon. I'd like to thank Keven and Curtis at Sunbeam for providing the sample used in this review.

The Chameleon

The Chameleon is basically four cannon-style LED lights and a controller. Part of what makes the Chameleon special is the fact that each cannon LED actually has three LEDs in it, one red, one green, and one blue. The other part that makes the Chameleon special is the controller itself. Each rheostat controls one color of the LEDs in each connected light!

The Chameleon also comes with four strips of double-sided foam tape for mounting the LEDs and mounting screws for the controller itself. Sunbeam was nice enough to sleeve the wires for the LEDs so that you don't have to work as hard to keep your case tidy. ;-) The only instructions or documentation is a simple sheet that shows you how to properly disconnect the lights from the controller without pulling the wires out.
