Did you like Iron Man?
Yes, it totally rocked!
Yes, although I though it could have been better.
Meh, it was just another comic book movie.
No, because they got the suit all wrong!
No, I don't like special effects movies.
I haven't seen it yet.
I don't plan on seeing it.

HIS Excalibur 9550 VIVO Edition Video Card
Testing and Methodology

Test System Specifications
Here are the specs of the machine I used to test the HIS Excalibur 9550 VIVO Edition. All parts were set at their default speeds, unless otherwise noted. Windows XP SP2 RC1 includes all patches currently available.

All tests were run using ATi's Catalyst 4.50 driver suite for the HIS video cards and Detonator 56.72 for the Albatron FX5700P Turbo. O/C refers to the highest stable settings I was able to achieve using Power Strip 3.49. Stable is defined as completing the tests with NO visible artifacts. Yes, I sat and watched every single run of every single test. I'm easily amused, well, sometimes. ;-)

Testing Procedures
All benchmark tests were run as if I were playing a game. That means I didn't kill off unnecessary services, I didn't turn off Norton Antivirus, although I did disable active scanning, I left Folding@Home running in the background, etc. The object here was not to get the highest possible benchmark score I could. Rather, it was to show, as closely as possible, what kind of performance you can expect out of this card under normal circumstances.
