Introduction
Hightech Information Systems (HIS) has made quite a name for themselves over the last year or so as makers of quality video cards using ATi's graphics processors. HIS has also come out with a few of their own innovations, such as the iCooler and IceQ heatsinks on some of their cards. Today I'll be looking at the HIS Excalibur 9550 VIVO Edition video card. This card has 256MB of RAM and full video-in/video out capabilities. I'd like to thank Peter at HIS for providing the sample for this review.
