Building a computer on a budget can be a difficult process. How do you know which processor is the best value for the money? Which hard drive? Or even which video card will still play the games you want without costing an arm and a leg? While we have all heard about the 9600 series and the 9800 series, it is more rare to hear about the 9200 series. And so it is that today we’re looking at ATI’s budget solution, Power Color’s Radeon 9200 SE 64 MB edition.
While we do not expect this card to be as competitive as the higher-end graphics solutions, we do hope to see how well it holds up to them for the price difference involved. This review is not going to be all-encompassing, but instead will offer price to effectiveness for this video card.
