Over the summer this year we were contemplating what our next computer case
should consist of. It was almost a year since the lego case was proudly
displayed at LAN Addict and we couldn't let 2003 pass without something that
stood out. Thus we were on our way when we saw the AOL CD in the
mail. From here, the rest is history.
Our computer is made completely out of AOL CD’s. You thought stupidity was so
easy to use no wonder It's #1. Maybe it was the epoxy fumes, or maybe I just got
mail. I built this computer out of AOL CDs because we had been collecting them
for years. Onto the construction.
Ingredients:
16 tubes of two part epoxy.
One closed confined room with no ventilation.
1,500 free AOL CD’s.
Momentary contact switch.
One red LED
One part patience
5 nuts and bolts (for attachment of motherboard.)
Motherboard
CD Rom (How else will we install AOL?)
Video card
Other puter stuff.
Construction
Mix, Spread, Stick, repeat.
Don’t forget to breathe.
Tips
Don’t lick your fingers.
Don’t worry, if you make a mistake AOL CD’s are free
Back to construction
Bend CD’s with barbeque skewer.
Make sure skewer is red hot, from the grill.
Score the CD in the middle, and bend 90 degrees.
Take that Martha Stuart!
